Since most of our products are certification, sessions, downloads and workshops, shipping or returns are not a concern.

However, certain products, such as our audio CDs have shipping charges calculated at a flat rate per item, depending on what country you are located in. For instance, for US orders, the current flat rate is $5 per item. The flat rate for Canadian and international orders is $10 per item.
